Hi,
I returned from my Carnival cruise from NY-Canada in fine shape!
The food onboard was not at all problematic. As promised, I met with the
dining room hostess each night for the next evening's dinner selection. She was
wonderful and called the chef to check on any questionable ingredients. My
dinner was ready and I was served alongside my table companions with no fuss. The
hostess even checked into items at the "Gala Midnight Buffet" and I was able to
enjoy some fancy desserts.

The rooms were well appointed and the staff was quite attentive. The drawback
on my cruise was the preponderance of advertisements for all the sales
onboard the ship and the hard sell in the gym, spa, on deck, etc..

But as far as the food was concerned, I suffered no reactions and felt like
they cared.
