Many quickly responded that the new GF grain is actually not new but
Montina and is very popular for making bread. The Montina story is at

and the June 18th deadline for proposals for commercialization of this new
grain must be an error. I sent an email to Nick to see if it is a different
new grain or if he is just looking for more commercial developers for the
same grain - Montina. If I hear that it is a different new grain I'll
report back to the list - but it sounds like Montina.
