To summarize, some pple say their regular fries are gluten free and that the
curly fries are not!! I would check with your local arby's and see if they use
a dedicated fryer for their regular fries.  also fyi the potato cakes are
listed as gluten free but then againn what are they fried with??? So for now just
enjoy the low carby's at arby's
