My sister thinks she may have Celiac Sprue.   Before doing the biopsy, she
would like to have blood tests done.   I understand that sometimes blood
tests are not accurate.   Can anyone make suggestions as to which tests she
should request in order to get the most accurate results?   At this time
she does not want to go to a Gastroenterologist; she's going to ask her
regular MD to order the tests.   If positive, she'll follow up with a
Gastro doctor.
