WHEAT, SHRIMP, AND ANCHOVY ALLERGY ALERT

The Pasta Mill, a Canadian company, is alerting consumers
that some 11-oz. packages of Pagoda brand Teriyaki
Vegetable Rice Pot, which were filled with the wrong item,
contains undeclared wheat, shrimp, and anchovies.
The affected lot code is CYW 3076.
Records show that approximately 15 cases of the mislabeled
product were distributed in the Minneapolis area.
Consumers who have purchased the product may return it to
the place of purchase.
