I'm so tickled to see so many articles about celiac disease popping up
here & there in popular media. The word is getting out. I went to
Outback Steakhouse Friday & the waiter told me they now have 3 celiac
employees working there. He said it's getting more & more common for
people to come in asking for the GF menu.
I believe that the current low carb mania is helping our cause. People
find they feel so much better on a low carb diet, they eventually make
the connection between exactly which carb it is that's causing them
grief. That's how I initially began to suspect that gluten intolerance
was one of my health problems.
