Hi, I'm not too sure about that particular printer, but on my Epson, the red
light means that it is out of ink. To enable the cartridges to move across
to replace them, I have to hold the button down for a few seconds. This
brings the cartridges over to the other side where there is enough space to
change them.

know about that model but the red light always on means the ink is empty
