Personally, I woud avoid Diskcopy. Go to xxcopy.com. (Actually, go
directly to http://www.xxcopy.com/xxcopy10.htm for precise instructions.)
Print the directions and read them through a few times, then go ahead
and do the deed (so to speak.) It's actually pretty simple :)
Good luck :)

> Hi People, I have a Dell Dimension 4500 computer with a 40gb hard drive that is almost full. I want to add an 80gb drive, make it the primary drive, keep the 40gb and make it a slave. What is the correct procedure in installing the new drive and how do I transfer the OS and data from the old drive to the new one (making the new drive "C" drive ). I have a copy of "Disk Copy 4.0" to transfer everything (I hope) between drives but at what point is this done. I know just enough about computers to get myself in big trouble and than say, I'll never do this again, until the next time. So if you Guys and/or Girls will kind of point me in the right direction, I'll give it a try! TIA
