Hi Steve;
The manual is available electronically from Lynn Roberts.
He did a magnificent job with it.
You need to take the phone to a store to get the firmware upgraded.
However, some phones have trouble with the upgrade.
In that case, I would ask for a new phone.
Unfortunately, the firmware is not available on the internet.
When they do the upgrade at a wireless store, it could take up to an hour.
Let me know how you make out.
