Don,

I didn't mention the B&W, but I'm investigating a quarter-wave sloper from
Alpha-Delta Communications. Unfortunately, it might be a bit problemmatic
with my tower, which is guyed, but it has played very well for quite a few
people i've talked with. The angle of radiation is lower, so it does a decent
job on DX on the lower bands. It will work 80-10, and I know people who've
loaded it on 160 as well.

Be interested in others' experiences with a quarter-wave sloper. To make it
work, you need a tower with a tribander on it as the tribander gives it
top-hat capacitance.
