Hi Ray;
If you have sighted assistance, the menus are certainly accessible.
But, don't be too concerned about the menus because you'll probably only
access them once or twice.
To the best of my knowledge, they are not accessible through Kenwood's
software however, the memories are very accessible.
With that said, I haven't found any radio more accessible then the TM-V7A.
When I first got into the hobby, I had a working OPTACON and, I read the
display on the ICOM 2410H.
I had the speech board for it and I will go on record as saying that the
radio has the best vhf/uhf receiver on the planet.
