I saw one of these at the wireless show here in Vegas.  Icom had one at
their booth, but a long line just to get hands on.  It is quite a rig.
Actually two rigs in one as near as I can tell.  Receivers were totally
separate anyhow and each had its own synthesizer button.

I'm not saying it isn't over priced, but it is a neat looking radio.
