Subject: A free Windows Training Course starts Tomorrow!

Do me a favor! Spread this to everyone you know. I would love to have a
full classroom for this free course. No strings attached! This is my
Christmas present to our community.

I am pleased to announce a free two-week training course in the use of
Windows 98/ME/XP with Window-Eyes and JFW on Talking Communities Radio. We
will meet Tuesday-Friday from December 9 through December 19 from 5:30-6:30
PM.

This course is open to all and is offered absolutely free of charge. The
only condition for participation is that you have a desire to learn and the
time to commit to attending the class! You will have an opportunity to
record each lesson in iVocalize format for later review.

I will be teaching this class by introducing the concepts and controls of
Windows, using the screen reader as a means to accessing the computer. We
will cover the basics of Windows, learn about editing in Microsoft Word and
cover many of the features of your favorite screen reader.

Instruction for both screen readers will be incorporated into the lessons.

The course will be taught by myself, Cathy Anne Murtha. I invite you to
join me each weeknight for the next two weeks to learn more about Windows!

Whether you use Windows 98/ME/XP or Window-Eyes or JFW, this two-week free
training course can help you learn more about the Windows operating system,
Microsoft Word and your favorite screen reader.

To participate, simply access the Digitalk webpage and join the
conversation!

You will also find a link to the classroom in the locator frame at
http://www.audio-tips.com.

I look forward to seeing you there!
