I don't know if there is an easy way to find all books but I do know one source that you might try http://www.netlibrary.com

As I understand it, some publishers make available an electronic version of
some of their books.  Is there any easy way to check out whether a book is
available in electronic format other than contacting the publisher?  Is
there any kind of index of books that have been digitized?  What I would
like to do is to be able to quickly check and see whether the assigned
reading is available electronically either from the publisher or from
another institution.
