Part of my message was incorrect.  I must have missed the first page where a
person gets to choose whichversion he/she would like to view.

When I chose "Text" my screen reader worked.  That is, until the word
"Continue" came up.  I was unable to click on it to move forward.  Once I
turned my screen reader off, I was able to click.  But not all visually
impaired people will have that option.
