If Popup Stopper blocks a web link, simply press the Ctrl button when you
click on the link. No need to temporarily disable it. Popup Stopper is not
100% effective, but still very good.

Try here... www.panicware.com a little program called Popup Stopper Free
Edition. sertainly works well for me, however, it will recognize some web
links as popups, and block the action. Simply disable it temporarily from
the system tray, and the links will open as normal.

Good luck,

In the last 2 months or so i have been slammed with pop-ups, mostly from
Microsoft Internet Explorer. I think there is somewhere I can uncheck
something to keep microsoft from sending all these to me. Could you tell me
how to do it. I have windows XP Sue Conrad
