I don't know how to get my question answered. I am new and green. My home computer keeps freezing on me. It is about 7 years old. What can I do? Thank you for your help. Pam Gutierrez

Get rid of IE5 and install IE6. IE6 is, IMHO, better than IE5, and will make you current. MS is not going to be supporting IE5 much longer if they haven't already stopped. IE6 updates a lot of files.
