In Oakland and Berkeley, we need one day advance notice, and then they pick
you up on time, but getting back is another story, they're still late for the
return trip a lot of the time.  That really is a pain as I don't have clear
speech to phone them and therefore always need to have one of my helpers with me
as I don't want to risk getting left somewhere at night.
