I hv a Sceptre - Dragon Eye 19 " minitor. Lately it has started flickering.
It suddenly becomes yellow in background and then comes back to original
off white.
Can some one please diagnose why it is doing  so and what is the remedy ?
I m running XP , 256 RAM. in Pentium lll
