I'm posting for Amanda Hacohen, a high school senior. Amanda is participating in a 3 year Research course, and has chosen to do a study based on the gluten-free diet. She would very much appreciate your help!
Here is Amanda's message to the Listserve:
"My name is Amanda Hacohen, and I am currently a senior at White Plains High School. I am participating in a three year course called the Authentic Science Research program. I have chosen to do a study based on the gluten-free diet. I am not diagnosed with celiac disease, however I became interested in this topic because my mother works with autistic children, many of whom are gluten-intolerant. I would really appreciate your help by filling out my survey. Not only will it help me complete my project, but I'm hoping that it will help people who are gluten intolerant to better manage their diet. If you would like a copy of the survey, please email me at [log in to unmask] I would really appreciate your participation."
Thanks again,
Amanda"
Amanda's survey is a quick check-off list, takes about 5 minutes to complete, and is in a WORD.doc format. Amanda will email you a copy which you can return by email. The survey is for adults on the gluten-free diet, parents who manage their child's gluten-free diet, and older children who are in charge of their gluten-free diet.
Thank you for helping Amanda to "spread the word" about the gluten-free diet!
