Dear Listmembers:
So great to have the responses to my post regarding gluten free meals at the
Storyteller's cafe in the Grand Californian Hotel. We were there yesterday
and the chef, Aaron Flores stated that he has had lots of people in the
restaurant since I posted. It is such a great place, we are there often,
just so I don't have to cook. The great thing is that they have a dedicated
cooking area for the gluten free food and they use separate utensils and
pans. He stated that if anyone has any questions to just e-mail him at
[log in to unmask] Here is a summary of the responses I got:

Thanks so much for the hot tip! Went to the happiest
place on earth this week...and boy, I've never been
happier! I couldn't stop bouncing around during the
electrical parade or dinner...and was throughouly wound
up after dinner (although the rum and coke I had with
my meal may have had a bit to do with that!). I don't
remember the last time I had a sandwich THAT good!!!
Based on the Storyteller's cafe alone, we have decided
to honeymoon at the Grand Californian next summer!

Thank you so much for your Disneyland info. We will definitely be eating
there instead of hauling bags and bags of food! Thanks!

Quite some time ago I went to Disneyland and we ate at the Grand Californian
at a restaurant with a rose motif (I can't remember the name!). They had a
great creme brulee dessert, so if it's worth your time let the chef know
that and perhaps the two chefs can talk - if they're not actually one and
the same! It's been a while so I'm sorry I can't give you more detail.

I live in Westminster and can't wait to take my 8 y/o son.
Thanks for that valuable piece of info.

P.S. I have no affiliation with Disney or any of its' other companies, we
have passports and live in Southern California. It is just a fun thing to
do with our child and having a place to eat there makes it even better.
