Hmmm, a sound card interface with a TH-F6A, I never tried that,  you'd need
to make up some fancy cables for that I would think. I think it does have a
PTT line but not sure, I think that mic jack is a 3 conductor but not
totally sure right now,  I think for something like that I'd look for a used
TNC for a good price, they're all over the place. It might work, but the
cables would need to be rather different. I guess it's doable though if you
really want to try it.
