There's a diode you have to cut inside somewhere, if you're not comfortable,
have some one who is do it and who you trust, I do all my own work here so
on my TS-940 I did it myself, but I've been working on these things since
back in my CB radio days because I can't afford to have a pro do it, I have
sighted help to find the diode but I do the actual work, all mods can be
found at www.mods.dk just about. I'm sure that one's there.
