That reminds me, about 2 years ago I found that if I consume more than 50g
of whey protein per day I get horrible vertigo (really dizzy and cannot
balance). This didn't happen with soy protein. I don't consume any protein
powders now (not paleo). Anyone got ideas what the problem was?
