On this list was a listing of Atkins products that were gluten free. First let me say that the list is probably fine.
It was me that had the problem. But I want to warn you also to be careful and be diligent about reading labels each time you buy a packaged product.
You need to find the exact product that someone says is gluten free and then read for yourself each label.
When I read the list I thought that it said all Atkins Endulge chocolate bars (all flavors) were gluten free.
But what I didn't realize was that...
there are Atkins Endulge chocolate bars and then
there are Atkins Endulge chocolate wafer crisp bars.

After one bite I looked at the label to see how they would have made the crispy part so crispy without gluten.
wellll I found out the hard way  that...

The WAFER CRISP BARS ARE NOT GLUTEN FREE! (moan)

And I was doing so good up until now.
