First of all I wanted to tell everyone that I went to
my first restaurant dinner in a longtime without
getting sick. I went to the Outback Steakhouse and had
the chicken n' chook sandwich (minus the bread) and it
was delicious!! And I couldn't believe it tasted so
good and I didn't get sick! Thank you so much to
everyone on this list for all the information they
provide. Its really helped.

Secondly, I wanted to ask what people know about
vinegars. I know I can have apple cider vinegar and I
think rice vinegar is ok. But does anyone know about
white vinegar or white wine vinegar?

Another question I have- Is there anyone out there
who is allergic to corn, dairy, and soy products as
well as having celiac's? What do you eat for snack
food??? So far I've come up with a baked in the
microwave sweet potato, quacamole made at home, and
rice cakes with cashew butter (allergic to peanuts
too).

  Any other ideas?

Thanks everyone for your input.

Brie
