As I said I haven't decided yet.
At the moment I eat like 2-3 small snacks a day (below 500 kcal) with 0
carbs and the rest of calories in my evening meal. I read many studies both
pro several small meals a day and pro 1-2 bigger ones so at the moment I'm a
little bit confused.
I know people who eat only one meal a day and do fine.
