I'm considering buying _Nourishing Traditions_. Can anyone who owns the book give me a rough idea what percentage of the recipes are paleo or easily adaptable to paleo guidelines?   Many TIA,   Drew


Can't give percentages....  I'd say many of the recipes can be adapted to paleo.  generally I think it's a valuable book to have at hand.
