Hi there,
My doctor has today put me on the Paleo diet to try and control Rheumatiod
Arthritis. He has told me not to eat:
Cereals
Grains
Dairy
Root veges
Legums
Vegetable oils
I am allowed to eat:
Fresh fruit
greens
nuts
Lean meat, poultry and fish
Olive oil
I am struggling with distinguishing whether some things are legumes or not.
Also a bit disappointed about chocolate because of the dairy (I hope cocoa
beans and coffee beans are not legumes) !!
Is there a comprehensive list that expands the above good and bad lists? It
will really help me and also help my flatmates work out what is good and
what is bad when we do the shopping.
