The Kung and their monongo (sp?) nuts are a good
example. Up to 30% of calories consumed at certain
times of the year.
I also took issue with bruce's take on Mono fats.
Some cuts of beef are made up of almost 50% mono fats.
I understand the logic behing excessive polys
(especially n6's) but what is the problem with mono's?
