Don't bother.  I checked them out during a quick break.  Only a few messages
over a wide timespan.  This stuff is getting to be a lot like Mark Twain's
view of the weather (everyone complains, but nobody does anything about it).

sorry about  your pain and spasms. i get them at
times, but, not as severe as crushing ribs. pulled a
disk out in my back.
  prone to throwing hot coffee straignt up with them.
yes, embarassing. i have had to go to mugs with tops.
