Mag, from the facial expression he wore while getting on the the jail bus, I
think someone has already got dibs on that portion of his anatomy (tee-hee).
I'm not sure if we're still holding him or he's already been sent back to
Sacramento. Do you know?
I had lunch with one of the guys in the Prosecutor's office, and he seemed
to feel that, because of the amount of money involved, this guy would do
"hard" time in a place like Leavenworth. I guess we'll have to see who gets
to prosecute: the Feds or Gov. Davis' crew.
You gotta know, though, that this kind of stuff is going on everywhere. The
folks at Enron just got caught.
