The only handheld I know of that will read off the frequency is the
Icom IC-T90A. Many are accessible to a greater or lesser degree, but
all of them require some work-arounds by blind operators. Today, the
concensus seems to be that the Icom IC-T90A and the Kenwood TH-F6A are
the easiest to use by blind hams. Fraid I've never heard of an FT-234
though.
