Clayton,
Several years ago there was a talking frequency counter. Someone could key
up a handheld near it, it would then speak the frequency that it received.
Of course for use with a repeater it would speak the transmitted frequency,
which isn't the normal published frequency which is offset plus or
minus.Good luck in finding one.
