This is the MBlaster virus. You will need to enable to WinXP firewall
(details are in the "help and support" files, and then go to
http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/w32.blaster.worm.rem
oval.tool.html

This will give you several choices of removal tools for different variants
of the virus.
