Try dandelion root tea.  It's bitter which I like. You could also try
placing a few slices of ginger root into a cup with hot water.
There are also gazillions of varieties of green tea.  Try matcha --
beautiful color and high in l-theanine.  Or try one of the gazillions of
oolong varieties. White tea is another interesting option -- kind of floral
tasting.
