I am troubled by constant eating called for in Rob's book. He doesn't
seem to have absorbed some of the recent lessons of calorie reduction
research linking the benefits of calorie reduction to a diet like
Warrior Diet.
In Rob's book, catabolism is linked to, or even causal of the wasting
symptoms of aging.
Yet, people on CR seem to have their aging benchmarks slowed down.
Presumably they are in a catabolic state quite often?
