yes... you add about 1-2 Tbsps of lemon juice to 1 cup of rice soaking in 2 cups of water... or 1Tbsp of cider vinegar [unpasteurised if you can get it... [Aspel does one]... if you plan on eating the rice for, say supper, soak it from first thing in the morning till evening.... cook in the soaking water... will take about the same time to cook as 'normal'.
