The Comprehensive Celiac Disease System test (catalog #6300) from Prometheus Laboratories is "The only diagnostic for celiac disease which includes serologic and genetic tests for accurate diagnosis and complete rule-out (>99%). The comprehensive Celiac Disease System includes Celiac Disease Serology (AGA IgA, AGA IgG, EMA IgA, and Human anti-tTg IgA, and total Serum IgA) with PRO-GenoLogix Celiac Genetics (HLA DQ2/DQ8)."

The nice part is that they will perform the CD panel first ($290), and only if the findings are inconclusive will it jump to the genetics testing for an additional $440 (total $730). And all of this from one tube EDTA, plus 2 ml serum. If the patient is already gluten free, then only the one tube of EDTA is needed for the genetic component of the test.
