I've had a virus for more than a week, and it has turned into a secondary infection (tonsil and ear). I am now on Zithromax, which has always been GF, but the last two days I've had the WORST stomach cramping, constipation (I'm a very regular person normally), bloating, tenderness. I know that antibiotics can upset the stomach, but I don't have diarrhea...
Concurrently, I tried Muir Glen spaghetti sauce in teh flavor Portobello Mushroom. It's the only new thing in my diet. SOmething's going on, and I"m trying to break down what's going on in my belly. I don't need all this stomach pain on top of the infections and virus!!!!
If we think it's just part of the antibiotics, does anyone have tips on special things to eat or something, that help prevent this horrible pain?
Thanks so much guys, I mostly want to know if those two things have given anyone else GF symptoms?
