I think peanuts can be eaten by the majority of the population and we should
let our own reaction to a food be our guide.  I get along very well with
walnuts, macademias, pecans, and peanuts but I stick to the walnuts because
they don't cause me to overeat them....  There is a "stop" with walnuts but
not as good with the others.  Macademias are second, pecans third and
peanuts are the worst.  Must be the carb content although I haven't checked
the profile of them in quite some time.  I used to eat peas, didn't
particularly like or dislike them, don't eat them now.  Peanuts I can
over-eat......  Oliva
