Did you note, too, that the first of the links ended with the usual
recommendation to consume 'a balanced diet'.

'Balanced diet' - I wince every time I see that term.  It is both
scientifically meaningless, yet culturally loaded.  Whenever you see a
reference to a 'balanced diet' prime your BS detector, it'll come in handy!
