- unsaturated or polyunsaturated vegetable oils are toxic
- this includes soybean, corn, safflower, canola, sesame, sunflower seed,
flax seed oils
- essential fatty acids (EFA's) are NOT essential, we are able to
synthesize our own
- soybean and corn fed to fatten pigs causes their fat to become equally as
toxic
- vegetable oils block protein digestion, cause hormonal imbalances, damage
the immune sytem, cause oxidative damage, aging, clotting, inflammation,
cancer and weight gain
- what's safe? olive oil, coconut oil and lamb fat (butter is also
mentioned)
All of the above are notes I made while reading the URL, very convincing to
me for the need to avoid that which is "alien".
No mention was made of beef, but isn't a lot of our beef also fattened the
same as pigs?

Who may be looking more closely at range fed New Zealand lamb and beef?
