I came across Pavel Tsatouline's ideas a few months ago when I was doing
research on weight training. It seems like some form of periodization. For
the past few months, I've been working out twice a week following the ideas
of Art De Vany and Stuart McRoberts. The climate is rather cold in the
Northeast right now, so I've been somewhat sedentary between workouts, not
walking, sprinting, or rollerblading. Tsatsouline's program might be a good
alternative to my current winter program.
Would you share with me a copy of your Excel spreadsheet?
