i did not mean to imply it to be wrong. actually it
would be a good program for the disability community.
the ted kennedy remark was becouse i do not think that
conservative politations would introduce this as a
bill. i think this is a problem in this country that
politicions think so much of their lables that they
can't put them away and say "hey, this would help." if
it did not fit their lable.
