My keyboard has two keys called "Sleep" and "Power". The Sleep key
shuts down the computer saving all settings so that on restarting
everything goes back to where it was. Power shuts the computer down
exactly the same as a normal shutdown. I normally use the Sleep key to
close the computer rather than mess about with the mouse and menus.
