printer. I had no problems for a few weeks but all of a sudden I had a
paper jam every time I tried to print. The envelopes would print fine
but not the paper. I took the unit apart from the bottom door. I was
very careful to notice and mark where everything went and sure enough I
found the little broken piece of plastic logged into one the paper
paths. Fun stuff. I hope you find your Also about three years into the
life of mine I had to call for help. There were very nice and very
knowledgeable about the printer but that was four years ago. I was very
happy to see that such an old printer is XP compatible too.
