My question is, what's

buy a chicken properly raised, really free range ,hang it on the ceiling by
the legs , kill it by inserting a swiss army knife( small blade to not hurt
your hand if you miss ) inside the beak and cut the throat from the inside
to bleed it, then quickly insert the knife inside the little hole on the
upper part of the mouth toward the brain and twist the blade ,remove the
feathers right away , get all the meats out of the bones eat it , then use
legs head, bones and throw it in water , add any wild greens and herbs you
would like .
that will feel better.
