I have one .
olive oil ( unless very expensive ) is extracted from the fruit flesh and
the pit .( i don't remember the proportions but it is high )
the pit is not edible as it is very bitter ,the fruit is edible but have a
very strong stop limiting its consumption .
in a oil form the amount of fruits ingested is very high way more than one
could eat in the natural form .
on top of that because italy and greece are selling more olive oil than they
produce they use refined filbert oil from turquie to mix with it .

coming from the place of eating only undenatured foods ( so olives in their
uncured natural state ) as soon i started to introduce olive oil in my diet
( to season greens i was undereating ...) my skin showed some eruptions and
scaly aeras while before i had very clear skin .
