Hi,
A Polish doctor named Jan Kwasniewski has a diet called 'Optimal Nutrition'.

It's not strictly Paleo - uses butter and cream for some of its fats (which
I personally don't have a problem with),
and people have had some remarkable results with it.
He recomends a ratio of P:F:C of approx. 1.0 : 2.5 - 3.5 : 0.8
